Amy Strouse specializes in providing decision makers at professional and technical services firms with strategic analysis and market insight. In five years at Avascent, Amy has advised senior leaders at six of the top ten federal government information technology providers, with an emphasis on adjacent market assessment, acquisition screening and due diligence, and strategic planning.
Within the federal professional services and information technology sector, Amy leads Avascent’s federal healthcare information technology practice. Her clients benefit from her deep understanding of healthcare customer trends and drivers, honed over the course of over a dozen engagements in the space.
Prior to joining The Avascent Group, Amy was a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton specializing in strategic planning to the United States Air Force, proposal support, and financial management. She earned an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and graduated from the University of Oklahoma cum laude with majors in economics and international business. Amy is an active member of the Professional Services Council (PSC) and the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
