Daryle Lademan

Principal

Daryle Lademan has 15 years experience in defense, aerospace, and aviation-related consulting, including market analyses, competitor assessments, policy and regulatory tracking, acquisition strategy development, candidate screening, and business due diligence.

Daryle has particularly strong expertise in the commercial aircraft and aviation markets, having conducted diligence on dozens of firms engaged in the original equipment and aftermarket manufacturing and servicing of aircraft systems and components. Her knowledge base covers a range of operational, financial, and regulatory issues impacting aircraft suppliers and operators, from OEMs to Tier 3 manufacturers, across the full spectrum of the industry.

Prior to joining Avascent, Daryle served as a Director at CSP Associates, Inc. and as an independent advisor on political and communications strategy to the Airline Pilots Security Alliance. Daryle also worked at The George Washington University’s Space Policy Institute during her graduate studies as a NASA Space Grant Fellow, where she earned an M.A. in Science, Technology and Public Policy. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and is a graduate of the International Space University’s Policy and Law program.

Daryle is an active member of several professional development and charitable organizations. She is the current President-Elect of Women in Aerospace and is a volunteer marathon coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.
