Kristin White
Senior Associate
Kristin White specializes in supporting senior executives, business development organizations, and capture teams at platform primes, component manufacturers and professional services firms that serve the US Army customer. For these clients, she has focused on strategies for capturing business related to contingency operations and the tactical wheeled vehicle market, including new vehicle competitions and reset/recapitalization/upgrade programs.
She manages engagements supporting clients on a range of business issues, from strategic planning and acquisition due diligence to tactical capture support and price to win. In her six years of consulting experience at Avascent (and prior to that DFI Corporate Services), Kristin has completed more than 80 engagements for a diverse group of clients across the aerospace and defense market.
Prior to joining The Avascent Group Kristin worked for Women In International Security (WIIS), a membership organization dedicated to increasing the number and visibility of women in the field of international security. Kristin holds an M.A. in Security Studies and a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University. She is a member of Women in Aerospace (WIA) and Women In International Security (WIIS).
