Michael Papadales
Senior Associate
Michael Papadales specializes in supporting senior executives, business development, and corporate development teams at leading logistics, contingency operations, and construction and engineering firms that serve US and foreign governments. For these clients, he has focused on strategies for capturing new business related to logistics, base operations support, and infrastructure development.
He manages engagements supporting clients on a range of business issues, from strategic planning and acquisition due diligence to tactical capture support and organizational design. In his seven years of consulting experience at Avascent (and prior to that DFI Corporate Services), Michael has completed more than 100 engagements for a diverse group of clients across government regulated markets.
Prior to joining The Avascent Group Michael worked for a boutique government consulting firm. Michael graduated cum laude with distinction from Otterbein College, receiving a dual B.A. in Business Administration and Economics. He is an active member in the Professional Services Council (PSC) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He also recently co-authored articles in Service Contractor regarding engineering services and congressional appropriations.
