Bob Wiecezak specializes in the development of acquisition and market capture strategies for firms in the defense, intelligence and space businesses. His clients have included private equity investors, intelligence support service providers, aircraft manufactures, launch vehicle manufacturers, satellite operators, tier 2 and 3 aerospace suppliers and NASA.
Bob’s areas of focus include strategic planning, acquisition target identification and acquisition due diligence. During the past seven years, Bob has completed more than 100 engagements for many of the top firms in the aerospace and defense business. During his tenure with Avascent he has supported financial sponsors in acquisitions of aircraft design, IT, SETA and logistics businesses; additionally, he has assisted clients with pricing analyses, opportunity identification and business plan creation.
Prior to joining Avascent Bob worked for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, a non-profit entity that implements capital improvement programs and economic growth initiatives across New York’s five boroughs.
