Tim Stanos
Principal
Tim Stanos specializes in a range of management consulting services for both top- and mid-tier government contractors. In his 10 years at Avascent, Tim has operated across the spectrum of the defense and aerospace industry, providing advisory services to clients pursuing growth in expeditionary ground support equipment, unmanned vehicles, tactical ISR, and numerous other markets.
Tim has assisted both established and emerging players through analyses of customer, competitor, and market trends as well capture support and adjacent market entry strategies. Tim also serves as one of Avascent's principal leads on pricing evaluations, including both Price-to-Win and Should-Cost assessments in support of his clients’ strategic capture efforts.
Prior to joining Avascent in 2001, Tim worked in a Washington, DC-based lobbying firm where he supported clients in the telecommunications, healthcare, and aerospace industries.
Tim holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he graduated with honors.
