Alexander Chang’s Bio
Alexander Chang advises clients in aerospace, defense, and government technology markets. He supports strategic and financial clients on a wide range of consulting engagements, focusing on growth strategy development, international campaign planning, and transaction/partnership support in US and Asian-Pacific markets.
Alexander has led US and international project teams, and serves as the lead director for Avascent’s client work in East Asia. He has supported first- and second-tier defense OEMs, multinational technology firms, and government R&D organizations. His areas of focus include aerospace, C4ISR, and weapons markets.
Prior to joining Avascent, Alexander worked as an analyst in the upstream solar industry.
His commentary has appeared in print and online publications, including Defense News and Armada International.
Alexander graduated with honors from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a BS in Foreign Service, and holds a certificate in Asian Studies.
