Logan Slone’s Bio
Logan Slone brings deep industry experience in aerospace, defense and security analysis, across US and international markets, to support clients’ strategic priorities.
He provides leading aerospace, defense and transportation firms with a variety of consulting and advisory services on core issues from global expansion and adjacent market growth to program capture and price-to-win.
Prior to Avascent, Logan headed up the Rockwell Collins Corporate Strategy function, and played a central role in the largest transaction in A&D history as Rockwell Collins merged with UTC Aerospace Systems to form Collins Aerospace.
He also led the strategy team within Rockwell Collins Government Systems, played a P&L role within Collins’ secure navigation business, and served as a management consultant with The Cohen Group in Washington, D.C.
Logan brings functional expertise in commercial and defense market analysis, defense budgets, mergers & acquisitions, and growth strategy. He is a subject matter expert in aviation and weapons electronic subsystems.
Logan holds an M.A., with honors, in Security Studies from Georgetown’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, as well as a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science (International Affairs) from Columbia University in New York City.
