Avascent’s Response to COVID-19: A Note to Our Clients and Partners
As the nation addresses the challenges posed by the COVID-19 outbreak and industry adapts to a highly uncertain environment, we wanted to inform you of the steps Avascent is taking to maintain our excellent service levels to clients while safeguarding our staff and helping to stem the spread of the virus in our communities. Specifically:
- Preparations: We established a global COVID-19 Task Force in February to refine Avascent’s contingency plans to ensure continuity of our operations throughout the outbreak. As a result, we are fully prepared to continue serving clients despite the current crisis.
- Infrastructure Investments: We have tested our ability to operate securely while working remotely. We have invested in additional equipment, software, and training to minimize disruption and ensure we continue to meet applicable security protocols.
- Virtual Capabilities: We have curtailed business travel and directed all staff to work from home. Nevertheless, we are fully able to operate and meet virtually to continue to deliver results.
Despite the challenge posed by COVID-19, we are prepared and committed to serving our clients throughout this outbreak. We recognize that our clients support critical sectors and government missions and appreciate the importance of maintaining momentum.
We greatly value and appreciate your support of Avascent over the years and look forward to working proactively in the weeks and months ahead to address tomorrow’s challenges.
