Amy Cass’ Bio

Amy Cass is a Senior Analyst at Avascent, where she supports clients in federal and international government-driven markets with services ranging from strategy development and market entry to transaction advisory.

She has supported numerous healthcare projects with focuses ranging from targeted feasibility studies of emerging healthcare technology to an expansion strategy across the entire federal healthcare market for a major government contractor.

She has also worked on strategy and business capture projects for companies in the defense sector and on M&A projects for companies in the defense, aerospace, cyber/IT and infrastructure markets.

Prior to joining Avascent, Amy worked for two years at the American Chamber of Commerce in Cairo, Egypt, where she contributed to publications about the Egyptian economy and supported the Chamber’s mission to improve the private sector business environment in Egypt. Her researched focused on the domestic oil, gas and renewable energy industries.

Education

Amy holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Economics.
