Theodore Estwan’s Bio
Theodore Estwan is a leader within Avascent’s M&A Transaction practice, supporting corporate strategy teams, private equity clients and financial sponsors.
With over a decade’s experience in the A&D sector, he specializes in military and civil air-platforms, unmanned systems, defense hardware, and emerging technology areas. Theodore’s deep product knowledge and system expertise has proven critical in helping clients make informed decisions and strategic investments.
Theodore has worked extensively on transaction engagements, including buy- and sell-side due diligences and inorganic growth strategies, supporting headline deals such as Dynetics, Centauri, Arcturus, and Cubic.
Prior to joining Avascent, Theodore spent over seven years working in the aerospace & defense industry for Sikorsky Aircraft as both part of United Technologies and Lockheed Martin, holding various engineering and product lead roles on military and commercial programs.
Education
Theodore holds a M.B.A from the University of Connecticut with concentrations in finance and international business; and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in electrical engineering.
