Tom Kronberger’s Bio

Tom Kronberger is a leader in Avascent’s Defense and Security practice, where he provides strategic guidance to OEMs, platform integrators, and professional services firms.

Tom brings over a decade of experience within the A&D sector and has supported over 100 Avascent engagements across government-driven industries. He has deep expertise in military rotorcraft – particularly for Future Vertical Lift, defense platforms and subsystems, directed energy systems, and emerging technology across the DoD and international market areas.

The primary focus of Tom’s client work is on strategy and market expansion efforts where he supports corporate strategy assessments, capture support for new program opportunities, and new and adjacent market analysis.

Prior to joining Avascent, Tom spent four years with The Boeing Company within Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) in a number of financial roles from cost analysis for the V-22 Osprey platform, to international contracts representative for the CH-47 Chinook where he supported direct commercial sales efforts to the governments of Canada, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Education

Tom graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a BS in Finance.
